Return Request (RMA)
This CMS page lets you prepare an RMA request by adding products and return details. Your contact information will be collected on the final step via a HubSpot form.
Internal process at Exclusive Networks
- Your request details are submitted to the Exclusive Networks RMA team.
- The RMA team reviews the request and may contact you if additional information is needed.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and an RMA number.
- Credit / replacement / repair is processed after the returned product is received and validated.
